Clear Trade Terms Before Dispatch.

Wholesale fragrance oils are prepared, packed, and shipped for trade use. Please review order details carefully before dispatch so our team can correct any issue before the shipment leaves our facility.

Returns & Refunds

Once a shipment has been dispatched, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except where Ibnu Adam FZC has supplied an item different from what was confirmed in the order.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for confirming product names, codes, volumes, shipping destination, and contact details before shipment. If we identify a discrepancy before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the correction.

When We Made an Error

If we sent an incorrect item, contact us promptly with the invoice, product code, and clear photos of the received goods. Our team will review the case and arrange a suitable correction.

For issues that do not qualify for return or refund, we will still work with customers in good faith to look for practical solutions, including support, recommendations, or adjustments that may help with a future order.
